  3. Could anyone else not find where to leave comments on either Brittany's or Nick's blogs or am I just blind? lol.

  6. I thought we were supposed to leave our comments on this posting versus everyone's individual blogs?

ALEX – I liked the composition of your photograph. I think this is a good idea. The things you find on people’s coffee tables are often indicative of their personalities. It’s interesting.
CAITLIN – These are some great pictures. I’m glad you stayed with this idea.
CHRISTINE – I think this is such a neat idea. I really like it and I am looking forward to seeing more of your images.
CRYSTAL – These are some good photos. I like your concept of the blur and your feelings toward it.
DANIELLE – Looking forward to seeing your work. I like the idea a lot.
ELAINE – These are some great images. I really like the one with the mirror against the fence. You have a good eye.
GINA – Looking forward to seeing your work
IAN – Interesting concept. It should add up to some pretty unique work.
JOSH – Looking forward to seeing some of the photos.
JULEAH – I think your idea is interesting. The patterns on the clothing are really eye catching and the images are nice.
KYLA – I like the different locations that you are looking at. I’m excited to see the dress once you are able to make it.
LINDSEY – It’s neat seeing how different locations look at day and night. You’re doing a good job.
MELISSA – I’m looking forward to seeing your images.
NICK – It looks like you are having fun exploring different texts. Keep it up.
SARAH – I really love your work. You’re doing a great job. I especially liked the image of the two chairs.
SKY – I love the graffiti bridge and have often thought of doing a series of images with it. I’m looking forward to seeing how yours turns out.
SOUNG – These are some really interesting images. I liked the one at the top the best (with the red door). It seems to be the strongest, to me, and convey what you are really looking at doing.

  8. !Message from Nick! I noticed that several of you had trouble trying to post comments on my Artists Book blog. What I had done wrong was post my pictures using the Picture Gadget. I took those down and posted those photos as regular blogs instead. This way it lets people post comments onto my Artists Book blog for each one of the photos....

  9. I can't find Brittany's comment link either, but Nick's is now under his photos.

  15. I think Val said to post critique for 84 this way and the book blogs on each blog? I did it that way.

  17. !FOM VAL!
Yes! Post comments of book projects on thier blogs--thank you Nick, for correcting your blog.

Those of you who posted comments of book projects here, please remove them and post them on the appropriate blog. That way everyone will have a chronological collection of feedback. (it will also keep this section from being too busy AND its easier for me to grade)

Post responses to 84 here, when asked to do so.

Please remember to be discriptive about what is working and not working. What you "like" is irrelevent. I love that you guys are so supportive and sweet, just be careful not to do a peer a disservice by not analizing the work more carefully!

Take a look at Sara's comments. She is being discriptive, honest and supportive. This is a good example of the depth of the responses that we are looking for.

(I know this format is strange--but we almost have it. We will be a well oiled machine in 2 weeks!--and forgive the spellings--im on my brothers' archaic machine with no spellcheck! EEK!)

  19. This is for Brittany:
The idea and photos are great! It is amazing how powerful words can be, and I think you have truly created a compelling collection of photos! The one thing I am concerned with is the writing because it looks very similar as if the same person wrote the quote. But besides that it is awesome! Keep up the good work!
